Daily formula
A single-capsule daily base covering the vitamins and minerals most often short in a UK diet, with every amount and %NRV printed on the panel rather than grouped into a blend.
Contains vitamin D and vitamin K. If you also take Vitamin D3+K2 Advanced, check your combined daily intake before taking both.
Vitamin D formula
A focused vitamin D dose with vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Speak to your doctor before use if you take anticoagulant medicine such as warfarin, because vitamin K can affect how it works.
Gut formula
A three-part gut formula that states the live culture count, the number of strains and the prebiotic and postbiotic ingredients, rather than describing them in general terms.
If you are immunocompromised or being treated for a gut condition, speak to a healthcare professional before starting a live culture supplement.
Evening formula
An evening formula with five named ingredients and every amount disclosed per two-capsule serving, so it can be checked against anything else you already take at night.

Metabolic formula
A metabolic formula built around berberine, with the chromium amount stated so the authorised nutrient claim can be checked against the panel.
Berberine can interact with prescribed medicines, including those for blood glucose and blood pressure. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take any medication.
Cellular formula
Two ingredients, both fully disclosed: a nicotinamide riboside precursor paired with trimethylglycine, with no additional actives to obscure the dose.
