How the Subscribe & Save plan works

Subscribe & Save is a standing order. You choose a formula, choose a delivery frequency from the options shown on the product page, and each delivery is charged at the discounted subscription price rather than the one-time price. The recurring amount, the saving, the products and the schedule are displayed when you select a plan and again before checkout. The terms shown at checkout control if they differ from general wording elsewhere on the store.

Available frequencies are set in Shopify and are always listed on the product page and in your basket. If the frequency you want is not offered, email hello@revahealth.co.uk and we will tell you whether it is planned.

Matching the plan to the pack

Some RevaHealth bottles contain a 30-day supply and others a 60-day supply. Check the serving count and directions on the product page and pick a frequency that matches how quickly you will use the bottle, so deliveries do not arrive faster or slower than you need.

Recurring billing

By selecting Subscribe & Save you authorise the subscription service to charge your saved payment method for each recurring order until you cancel. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before the first payment and form part of the recurring order where stated. You are notified before each renewal, with the amount and the date.

No minimum term

There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. The discount applies to every delivery for as long as the subscription runs, not only to the first order.

Changing, pausing or cancelling

Use the controls in your customer account to skip a delivery, move the next charge date, change the quantity or change the frequency. Changes take effect from the next payment, so make them before the next recurring order is processed. Cancelling stops all future charges; anything already dispatched is still delivered. Contact hello@revahealth.co.uk if you cannot access a control you need.

Price changes

If the price of a subscribed product changes, the new price applies to deliveries processed after the change, and the discount continues to apply. You can review the current amount in your account at any time and cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Multi-product routines

When a preselected pair is added on subscription, each product is added as its own subscription line. The subscription saving applies to each eligible product according to its live plan. There is no additional bundle discount unless one is expressly shown at checkout.

Returns and consumer rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by subscribing. Unopened items can be returned under our returns and refunds policy. Payment details are held by Shopify's certified checkout, as described in our privacy policy.
