Ingredients

Every ingredient. Every amount. Every source form.

This page reproduces the nutritional information panel of all seven RevaHealth formulas, row by row, exactly as each one is printed on the bottle. Where a nutrient has a Nutrient Reference Value, the percentage is shown. Where it does not, the row says so rather than leaving a blank.

The “other ingredients” line is published beside the actives for every formula, because what carries a capsule is part of what you swallow. If your physical label ever differs from what you read here, the label is the deciding reference and we want to hear about it.

  • All seven panels reproduced in full, row by row
  • Source forms named: methylfolate, methylcobalamin, MK-7, magnesium glycinate
  • %NRV shown wherever a reference value exists
  • Capsule shell and excipients published alongside the actives
The seven RevaHealth supplement bottles arranged in a row against a pale background

All seven formulas. NMN 500 + Apigenin Advanced is withheld from sale, but its panel is published below with the rest.

Why the form matters

The nutrient name is half the answer. The form is the other half.

Two products can both say “folate” and supply completely different compounds. Our panels name the form in brackets after every nutrient, so you can compare like with like instead of guessing.

  1. Folate as calcium-L-methylfolate

Complete Daily Multivitamin supplies 200 µg of folate at 100% NRV, and the panel names the form as calcium-L-methylfolate rather than leaving it at "folate".

  2. Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin

100 µg per capsule, printed as methylcobalamin, at 4000% NRV. Both numbers are on the panel, because the percentage matters as much as the milligram figure.

  3. Magnesium as magnesium glycinate

Advanced Calm + Sleep states 70 mg of magnesium at 19% NRV, supplied as the glycinate. The 70 mg is elemental magnesium, which is the figure the NRV percentage refers to.

  4. Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7

Vitamin D3+K2 Advanced supplies 80 µg of K2 as MK-7. The multivitamin separately lists 65 µg of vitamin K as phylloquinone alongside 10 µg of MK-7, as two distinct rows.

  5. Two rows where two forms are used

The multivitamin panel lists vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 twice each, because two different forms of each are included. Both rows are reproduced below so the totals are visible rather than merged.

Name the form, state the amount, print the percentage.

Every panel in full

The complete nutritional information for all seven formulas.

Each panel below is transcribed from the bottle. Amounts are per daily serving, not per capsule, and the serving size is stated above every table so a two-capsule formula is never mistaken for a one-capsule one.

  • RevaHealth Complete Daily Multivitamin

    Daily formula

    RevaHealth Complete Daily Multivitamin

A one-capsule daily foundation. Twenty-nine rows appear on the panel because vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 are each supplied in two forms, and every row is reproduced here exactly as printed.

    Authorised claims we may use

Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folate and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal red blood cell formation and normal psychological function. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid and cognitive function. Zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin A, riboflavin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations.

    Ingredients with no authorised claim

Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid, lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene, choline and inositol have no authorised UK health claim. They are declared at the amounts above with no benefit attached to them.

    Other ingredients

Magnesium stearate and hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).

Several nutrients sit well above the Nutrient Reference Value, most obviously vitamin B12 at 4000% and chromium at 500%. That is legal and common in a daily foundation formula, but add up your totals if you take other supplements. This formula contains vitamin A and vitamin K, both of which need care in pregnancy and alongside certain medicines. Not suitable for children.

    Authorised claims we may use

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal teeth, to normal muscle function, to the normal function of the immune system and to normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

    Ingredients with no authorised claim

There is no authorised UK health claim for PEA or for boron. Both are included at the disclosed amounts above and we describe the amount rather than promising an outcome.

    Other ingredients

Magnesium stearate and hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).

Vitamin D here is supplied at 1000% of the Nutrient Reference Value, so add up your total intake if you already take a multivitamin or a prescribed vitamin D product, or ask a pharmacist first. Vitamin K can interact with anticoagulant medicines such as warfarin — do not start this product without medical advice if you take one. Speak to a doctor first if you have a calcium disorder. Not suitable for children.

    Authorised claims we may use

None. UK and EU rules do not permit health claims for probiotic, prebiotic or postbiotic ingredients, so this panel describes composition and nothing more.

    Ingredients with no authorised claim

Anyone promising a specific digestive outcome from a CFU number is going beyond what the rules allow, including us.

    Other ingredients

Magnesium stearate, maltodextrin and hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).

CFU counts can be measured either at the point of manufacture or at the end of shelf life, and the two figures are not the same. If that distinction matters to you, ask us which basis is used before you order. Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you are immunocompromised, are receiving treatment that affects your immune system, or have a central venous catheter.

    Authorised claims we may use

Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function, to normal protein synthesis, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. At 70 mg it supplies 19% of the Nutrient Reference Value, which is a contribution to your daily intake rather than the whole of it.

    Ingredients with no authorised claim

There is no authorised UK health claim for ashwagandha, lemon balm, apigenin or L-theanine. That is why the exact amount of each is given instead of a description of how your night will feel.

    Other ingredients

Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).

The label advises against use if you are taking antidepressants or other medication that affects serotonin levels, so check with your prescriber first if that applies to you. Do not take a second serving in the same day, and do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy. Sleep problems that last more than a few weeks are worth discussing with a GP rather than treating with a supplement. Not suitable for children.

  • RevaHealth Berberine GlucoBalance Complex

    Metabolic formula

    RevaHealth Berberine GlucoBalance Complex

Scroll the table sideways to see the amount and %NRV columns.

    Authorised claims we may use

Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations. That authorised claim is about maintaining normal levels in healthy people.

    Ingredients with no authorised claim

There is no authorised UK health claim for berberine, myo-inositol or DIM. The chromium claim does not mean this or any supplement treats diabetes, corrects raised blood glucose, or replaces monitoring, diet or prescribed medicine.

    Other ingredients

Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule) and magnesium stearate.

This is the formula in our range that most often needs a conversation with a professional first. Speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if you take any medicine that lowers blood glucose, including metformin, sulfonylureas or insulin. Berberine can also interact with a wide range of medicines through the liver enzymes that clear them, including some statins, immunosuppressants and anticoagulants. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. Not suitable for children.

    TMG (trimethylglycine, betaine) 300 mg

Scroll the table sideways to see the amount and %NRV columns.

    Authorised claims we may use

None are made. An authorised claim does exist for betaine and normal homocysteine metabolism, but it applies only at a daily intake of 1.5 g. This formula supplies 300 mg of betaine, so that claim is not made here and should not be inferred.

    Ingredients with no authorised claim

There is no authorised UK health claim for nicotinamide riboside. NAD+ biology is an active research area and you will see confident marketing language around it elsewhere; the exact form and amount are given here so you can compare it against the studies yourself.

    Other ingredients

Magnesium stearate and hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).

Not suitable for children. Introduce one new supplement at a time so anything you notice can be attributed accurately.

    Authorised claims we may use

None. The regulatory position of NMN as a food supplement ingredient in the UK is not settled in the way it is for vitamins and minerals.

    Ingredients with no authorised claim

There is no authorised UK health claim for NMN or apigenin, and we make none. Contact us if you would like to be told when the regulatory position changes.

    Other ingredients

Magnesium stearate and hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).

Withheld from sale while its UK regulatory status is reviewed. NAD+ Precursor Complex is available and fully labelled.

“%NRV” is the percentage of the Nutrient Reference Value supplied by one daily serving. An em dash means no reference value has been established for that ingredient, which is normal for botanicals and other non-vitamin ingredients. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the complete physical label before use.

What we are allowed to say

The health claims behind the numbers.

A UK food supplement may only carry health claims that are on the authorised list, using the approved wording. This table sets out every claim we rely on, which ingredient earns it, and where that ingredient appears in the range. Everything not on this list is described by amount alone.

Scroll the table sideways to see all three columns.

Authorised UK health claims used by RevaHealth, with the formula and amount each one relates to.
Nutrient or ingredient What UK law allows us to say Where it appears in the range
Vitamin D Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function, to the normal function of the immune system and to normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin D3+K2 Advanced at 50 µg (1000% NRV) and Complete Daily Multivitamin at 25 µg (500% NRV).
Vitamin K Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting. Vitamin D3+K2 Advanced at 80 µg as MK-7; the multivitamin at 65 µg as phylloquinone plus 10 µg as MK-7.
Calcium Is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D3+K2 Advanced at 100 mg (25% NRV).
Magnesium Contributes to normal nervous-system and muscle function, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Advanced Calm + Sleep at 70 mg as magnesium glycinate (19% NRV).
Chromium Contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations in healthy people. Berberine GlucoBalance Complex at 100 µg (250% NRV) and the multivitamin at 200 µg (500% NRV).
Vitamin C, zinc, selenium, vitamin B12 Contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Complete Daily Multivitamin, all four declared with their amount and %NRV.
B vitamins and folate Contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and folate and B12 to normal homocysteine metabolism, red blood cell formation and psychological function. Complete Daily Multivitamin, with methylfolate and methylcobalamin named as the forms.
Iodine Contributes to normal thyroid function and to normal cognitive function. Complete Daily Multivitamin at 150 µg (100% NRV).
Betaine (TMG) An authorised claim exists for normal homocysteine metabolism, but only at a daily intake of 1.5 g. NAD+ Precursor Complex supplies 300 mg, so the claim is not made and should not be inferred.
Berberine, NMN, NR, PEA, boron, ashwagandha, L-theanine, apigenin, lemon balm, probiotics No authorised UK health claim exists for any of these ingredients. Declared by amount across the range, with no benefit attached to them anywhere on this site.

Authorised claims describe a contribution to normal function in healthy people. None of them mean a supplement treats, prevents or cures anything, and none of them replace prescribed medicine, monitoring or medical advice.

Two white RevaHealth capsules resting on a pale surface beside the brand mark

Beyond the actives

What else is in the capsule, and why.

The “other ingredients” line is the part of a label most brands hope you skip. Across the whole RevaHealth range it comes to four substances, and each one has a job.

  1. Hypromellose — the capsule shell

A plant-derived cellulose used for the shell of all seven formulas. It is why every label in the range carries a 100% vegan mark rather than a gelatin declaration.

  2. Magnesium stearate — flow agent

Declared on all seven labels. It keeps the powder flowing evenly so that each capsule receives the stated amount rather than a variable one.

  3. Microcrystalline cellulose — bulking agent

Declared on one label only: Advanced Calm + Sleep. It fills out the two-capsule serving so the actives sit at a consistent volume.

  4. Maltodextrin — carrier

Declared on one label only: Triple Biotic Complex, where it carries the live cultures. No other formula in the range contains it.

  5. Nothing else is declared

The four substances above are the complete "other ingredients" list for the range as printed. No colours, sweeteners or flavourings appear on any label. Every bottle is manufactured for RevaHealth Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.

Nothing in the capsule that the label does not name.

Sourcing and standards

How these figures are checked before they reach this page.

Every number above comes from one place: the nutritional information panel on the bottle. Here is what sits behind it, and which documents you have to ask us for.

Third-party tested mark on every label

Every label carries the manufacturer's third-party tested mark. Batch certificates of analysis are not published here, so email us and we will send the current documents for the batch you would receive.

Manufactured to GMP standards

Every label carries the manufacturer's GMP-certified mark. The facility certificate is not published here and is available on request.

Named forms, not nutrient names alone

Methylfolate, methylcobalamin, menaquinone-7, magnesium glycinate, chromium picolinate and selenomethionine are all printed as forms rather than left as generic nutrient names.

Labelled to UK rules

Amounts are given per daily serving with %NRV where a reference value exists, and only authorised health claims are used. Manufactured for RevaHealth Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.

Vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free marks

All seven labels carry 100% vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free and recyclable PET bottle marks from the manufacturer. Supporting documentation is sent on request.

The physical label decides

If a figure on this page ever differs from the bottle in your hand, the bottle is correct. Tell us and we will correct the page.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose, and keep all supplements out of reach of children.
