UK delivery
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
- Standard UK delivery: free (£0.00) on every order — matched to the live Shopify shipping profile method “Standard UK”.
- When we dispatch: we begin processing after payment is accepted. Weekend and UK bank holiday orders are handled on the next working day.
- Arrival estimate: once you enter your postcode, checkout shows the carrier timing for the selected method before you pay.
International delivery
Where an international destination is offered, Standard International is currently free (£0.00) in the live shipping profile. Availability still depends on your address at checkout. Local taxes, duties or import charges may apply unless checkout states they are included.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing begins.
If an order is delayed, marked delivered but missing, damaged in transit or returned to sender, email hello@revahealth.co.uk with the order number so we can review the carrier information and confirm the next step.
